Actualmente me encuentro realizando una auditoria de digitalización certificada para una empresa con sede central en Londres que necesita la homologación de la agencia tributaria en España. En este post quisiera comentar algunas cuestiones de como ayudo a este tipo de empresas. Estamos ante una auditoria de digitalización certificada de facturas.

Esta empresa contacta conmigo para poder homologar su solución informática en España, necesitando tanto de un asesoramiento de como cumplir con los requerimientos de la homologación así como de disponer de un informe de auditor homologado.
En este sentido les he generado la documentación de los requisitos y controles que deben cumplir, en este caso en inglés, del cual incluyo un extracto:
MAIN WORK FLOW.
Step 1. Image scanner
Minimum resolution 200 dpi
Step 2. Optimization of the image.
Thresholding, reorientation and elimination of black edges.
Step 3. Signature and introduction of the 4 metadata
Transformation to pdf (recommendable or image) Digital signature and inclusion of the 4 key metadata: Software version, Digitization date, Software name and Certification number (it will be delivered by the tax agency).
At the end of this process we have the signed image.
It must be checked that the signature certificate is not expired and has been issued by a certified issuing entity (see the table I sent you)

Así mismo les solicito la documentación que necesitare para poder realizar la documentación final a entregar a la agencia tributaria:
- Data structure or table with metadata fields, data types and meaning. Mapping with required fields Accounting date, invoice number, date and time capture, buyer data, supplier data, date and time of signature, signature, hash, total invoice, discounts, taxable base and VAT (how many VAT the invoice has ) and Invoice Date.
- Data structure or table with support fields for closures. Data types and meaning
- Algorithm of period closing.
- Software update procedure.
- Resolution, format and quality of the image in pre-processing.
- Technical requirements of the scanning devices.

Conclusión
